Free PDF, 18 pages. No sign-up needed.

120 checks. One working plan.

Orders are coming in. Is the profit there?

An ad dashboard can show healthy sales while the store earns very little. Start by checking what happens after the click, what it costs to deliver an order, and whether customers come back.

01

Margins

After discounts, delivery, payment fees and returns, how much does each product actually earn?

02

Product pages

Can a buyer find the size, materials, delivery date and return terms without messaging your team?

03

Checkout

Are the full costs clear before checkout? Can a customer complete an order easily on their phone?

04

Retention

What happens after delivery? Check whether a customer receives useful follow-up and a reason to return.

A simple margin check. If an order brings in Rs. 3,000, subtract the product cost, delivery, fees, discounts and expected returns before deciding how much you can spend to acquire it. Revenue alone cannot answer that question.

What you'll look at.

The PDF covers ten areas of your store, with twelve checks in each. Each check explains what to review and its priority, so you can turn the audit into a list of jobs for your team.

Contribution margin per SKU, break-even ROAS, maximum CAC and the hero products that carry your profit.

12 checks5 critical

Core Web Vitals, real test orders on iPhone and Android, uptime alerts and no dead ends on revenue pages.

12 checks5 critical

Collection pages built for buyer searches, Merchant Center free listings and how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe your brand.

12 checks4 critical

What the first mobile screen shows, images and video, delivery dates before the cart and copy that answers objections.

12 checks4 critical

Real contact details, specific return policies, genuine reviews and no fake timers or stock warnings.

12 checks4 critical

Guest checkout, full costs shown early and the payment methods your market expects, including COD, JazzCash and Easypaisa.

12 checks6 critical

Conversions API and enhanced conversions, brand vs non-brand reporting and written kill and scale rules.

12 checks5 critical

The five core automated flows, repeat purchase rate by cohort, referrals and email deliverability.

12 checks4 critical

A separate P&L for Daraz, Amazon or Noon, cross-channel pricing and inventory that stays in sync.

12 checks3 critical

GA4 revenue that matches your store, one weekly dashboard, UTM rules, delivery success and RTO rate.

12 checks5 critical

Use it as a working document.

Set aside 60 to 90 minutes for a first pass. Keep your store, ad accounts and analytics open, and test the buying experience on your phone. Some checks will need more time or help from your team.

1

Run the checks

Go through one lever at a time and mark every check as Done, Fix needed, In progress or Not applicable.

2

Score your store

Use the PDF’s weighted scorecard: critical checks carry 3 points, high-priority checks 2, and growth checks 1. Review the total alongside the unfinished items in each area.

3

Follow the roadmap

Give each fix an owner and a due date. Aim to address critical items within 14 days, then use the 90-day roadmap to organise the remaining work.

Use the score to set priorities.

These are the blueprint’s planning bands, not a prediction of sales or profit. A high total does not cancel out an unfinished critical check.

Below 40%

At risk

Stop scaling and start with Levers 1, 2, 6 and 10.

40 to 64%

Leaking

Hold off on new channels and fix the basics.

65 to 84%

Solid base

Close the remaining gaps before raising spend.

85% and above

Ready to scale

Back the channels that already work.

Run the full blueprint every quarter, Levers 2, 6 and 10 every month, and always before a big sale season or a budget increase.

Turn the audit into the next 90 days.

Start with costs, checkout and measurement. Then improve how people find and buy your products. Review the results before committing more budget.

Days 1 to 30

Get the basics right

Levers 1, 2, 6 and 10

Build the SKU margin sheet, fix speed and errors, simplify checkout and check your tracking.

Move on when every critical check in these levers is done.

Days 31 to 60

Improve the buying journey

Levers 3, 4, 5 and 8

Rewrite hero product and collection pages, set up the core email flows and start collecting reviews.

Move on when the critical checks are done and all five core flows are live.

Days 61 to 90

Review, then invest

Levers 7, 9 and your lowest lever

Apply your kill and scale rules, open or fix channels and close the gaps in your weakest lever.

Consider a budget increase once critical checks are complete, the score reaches 85%, and your margins and channel results support it.

When this will be useful.

Use it before a budget increase, a busy sale period, or a discussion with your agency. It covers Shopify and WooCommerce stores, with marketplace checks for sellers using channels such as Daraz.
